Primarily Wednesday through Sunday day shifts. Management of promotions teams on weekends is required

• Manage event logistics: setup, teardown, scheduling, staffing, and inventory
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of energetic event promoters
• Maximize appointment bookings through hands‑on leadership and live coaching
• Track performance and continuously optimize event outcomes
• Maintain a sharp, professional brand presence at every show

• Proven leadership experience in events, retail, or promotional management
• Strong organizational and time management skills—you keep things running smoothly
• High‑energy, people‑first mindset—you lead from the front and inspire results
• Experience with home improvement or in‑home services is a plus
• Availability for weekend and evening events (local travel required)
