3rd shift Janitorial Overnight Supervisor

We are a Commercial Cleaning Company that Services Accounts nationwide.

We are looking for energetic, passionate, and career‑minded people to join our team for the position of Overnight Supervisor for 3rd shift employees.

• Supervision of multiple locations nightly
• Effective communication with employees and management staff (including customers and employers)
• Communicate and enforce company policies, procedures, rules and regulations to employees
• Inspect work completed by staff at multiple locations to ensure satisfaction and follow up on any deficiencies
• MUST be able to travel and work in different states

• MUST be bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish
• MUST have a valid driver’s license with own, reliable vehicle
• MUST have verifiable supervisory experience supervising janitorial teams
• MUST be able to travel and work in different states
• Ability to manage multiple job sites and teams
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong customer service skills; ability to communicate effectively in person, telephone and e‑mail interactions
• Flexible schedule is a must; it will include weekends and holidays
