Equipment Maintenance & Assembly Technician Printed Circuit BOARD in Northbrook

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of machinery to ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Assemble and install new equipment and ensure proper setup and integration into manufacturing processes.
• Keep detailed records of machine service histories.
• Analyze machine operations and output to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management about equipment status and maintenance needs.
• Provide training and guidance to other technical staff when needed.

• Proven experience as an Equipment Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.
• High school diploma required. Education or certification in Engineering or related field.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for working under pressure and managing emergencies.
