Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment as outlined in company manuals and maintenance schedules;
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment using mechanical and electrical knowledge;
Work on flavoring machinery including dry blend, spraying, reactor, extractor, and compounding equipment to minimize downtime;
Assist in installing and replacing production equipment as needed to support operational demands;
Maintain a neat, orderly, and safe workplace and maintenance shop at all times
