Use the computer system to access, follow, and complete work orders, batch records, and related production documentation;
Accurately weigh raw materials according to formulas using scales and record all measurements;
Fill liquids and powders into tanks and other vessels, ensuring correct quantities and following manufacturing instructions;
Stage raw materials in the production area and add them to tanks in the correct sequence and amounts as specified in the work order;
Operate pumps, valves, and air mixers to blend and mix batches to required specifications
