Assembly and Production Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Assembly and Production Technician to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in supporting integration testing, developing manual instructions, and enhancing production processes. This position requires hands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of system builds to ensure a quality process.

• Coordinate with assembly associates to support integration testing and production process development.
• Perform hands-on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of system builds and re-work.
• Work from documented procedures and maintain quality data.
• Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of work areas.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Handle, label, and dispose of hazardous chemicals properly.
• Share knowledge and train co-workers and new employees.
• Establish effective working partnerships with other departments for knowledge transfer.
• Complete other assigned duties as needed.

• 2-3 years of experience performing assembly in a GMP environment.
• 2-3 years of experience in documentation of products.
• 2-3 years of experience in labeling.
• 2-3 years of experience with hand tools.

• Experience with in a cleanroom environment is preferred.
• Experience in medical or pharmaceutical device assembly is a plus.

You will work in a clean, temperature-controlled GMP/FDA regulated production environment. This facility specializes in testing for doctors and medical systems, diagnosing various illnesses and diseases. The environment is a cleanroom setting where employees do not come in direct contact with any vials.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northbrook, IL.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
