POSITION OVERVIEW
The Production Print Service Technician’s primary role is to support complex copier and production print equipment within our customer base while ensuring company policies and procedures are being followed as outlined by the Management Team. This position is responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing complex copier and production print equipment on site and making sure all pertinent data is entered in the closing notes of each service call.
This position would maintain an accurate car stock of relevant parts to meet customer expectations on first call fix rates.
- Travel throughout a local, designated territory to provide onsite maintenance and repair of complex copier and production print equipment
- Apply your customer service and strong communication skills to assist our customers
- Use a company laptop computer and a company cell phone to record work orders details in our automated service dispatch system
- Maintain a parts inventory
- Make a difference in your local community by helping small and medium-sized businesses stay productive
- Competitive salary(based on hourly wage) between 67-72k
- Regular business working hours from Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
- Ongoing training and job-related certifications based on our authorized product lines, of Canon and Xerox production devices, in addition to exposure to regular Canon, Xerox, HP and Kyocera copiers, MFPs and printers as well as Zebra label printers

- 2+ years of successful experience repairing complex copiers and production print equipment, including certifications on Canon’s and/or Xerox’s production lines
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to troubleshoot various service issues
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and/or move devices weighing up to 100 lbs
