Job Description & How to Apply Below

Step into a day where precision meets momentum. You arrive on the production floor, review your work orders, and dive into blueprints. Tooling is staged, offsets are dialed in, and raw stock is loaded. The first-article part gets a meticulous check with micrometers, calipers, and gauges. You tweak feeds and speeds to hold tight tolerances, keep records current, and coordinate with engineers if anything looks off.

By shift’s end, the machines are maintained, the area is spotless, and parts are delivered to spec—on time.

What you’ll do
  • Set up and run CNC equipment—including mills, lathes, and grinders—per work orders, prints, and specifications.
  • Stage and load materials; verify tooling, work holding, and program readiness for proper machine function.
  • Monitor cycles, make in-process adjustments, and optimize to sustain quality and throughput.
  • Inspect finished components with precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to confirm tolerance compliance.
  • Complete routine machine care and keep work cells organized and clean.
  • Flag malfunctions, deviations, or safety concerns promptly and partner with supervisors to resolve issues.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and job instructions accurately.
  • Collaborate with teammates, engineers, and leadership to troubleshoot production challenges.
  • Maintain accurate production, inspection, and quality records.
What you bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent; machining coursework/certification preferred.
  • 1–3 years operating CNC machinery (motivated entry-level candidates will be considered with training).
  • Fluency in print reading, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Hands-on skill with precision measurement and inspection methods.
  • Solid math aptitude and practical problem-solving ability.
  • Sharp attention to detail with a quality- and safety-first mindset.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Work environment & schedule
  • Manufacturing floor setting with active machinery, production materials, and typical shop noise.
  • Full-time role; overtime may be required based on production demand.
