Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.50/hour
Shift: 2nd shift, 2 pm - 10:30 pm

Setting up and operating various types of automatic and semi-automatic mass finishing equipment (e.g., Electropolish, harperizing, sand blasters, tumbling, degreasing)
Performing highly repetitive bench assembly and diagnostic operations on small mechanical units or components, using hand tools, assembly jigs, and fixtures
Conducting laser etching and identification operations on instruments, cassettes, handles, and machine parts
Executing repetitive heat treating operations, including Rockwell hardness tests and documentation
Performing functions in the Ultrasonic cell
Buffing, polishing, and grinding work pieces to maintain contour, edges, and dimensions
Operating all assigned equipment per work instructions, verifying specifications, and keeping equipment operational
Maintaining supplies inventory and miscellaneous logs; retrieving blueprints and work instructions via computer system as needed
Following all OSHA and company-specific guidelines for safety
Completing other responsibilities as assigned
Are eager to learn manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality standards
Can follow established procedures and work under close to general supervision
Are detail-oriented and able to visually detect defects in products
Have the ability to work in a repetitive production environment and develop proficiency in assigned operations
Are comfortable working the 2nd shift (2 pm - 10:30 pm)
Have a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus, but not required
