Mechanical Assembler

We have an immediate opening for a Mechanical Assembler to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Assembler, you will:

• Assemble mechanical parts, components, and finished products according to engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Read and interpret bills of materials (BOMs), work instructions, and technical documents.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of assembled products.
• Identify and report defective materials, parts, or equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Accurately record production data and complete required documentation.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve assembly issues.
• Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and counting functions.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Preferred

• Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical production environments.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.

Schedule

Monday through Friday

• 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Overtime may be required occasionally.
