Position Overview

Kokomo
24/7® is seeking a Growth Associate to support both demand generation and sales pipeline development. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and revenue generation and is ideal for an early-career professional interested in building experience across SaaS sales, digital marketing, and growth strategy.

The Growth Associate will play an important role in generating qualified opportunities, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting the company’s overall revenue growth. This role combines elements of business development, demand generation, and content-driven marketing.

Responsibilities

Sales & Pipeline Development

  • Generate, manage, and grow business opportunities for Kokomo
    24/7® solutions
  • Promote and position Kokomo
    24/7® products with prospective customers
  • Support outbound outreach and prospect engagement
  • Track leads, opportunities, and activity within the company CRM
  • Collaborate with leadership to support pipeline growth and sales initiatives
  • Contribute to measurable sales performance and opportunity generation

Demand Generation & Marketing

  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels
  • Manage marketing content creation end-to-end, including email marketing campaigns, social media content, blog articles, website updates, and paid media initiatives
  • Support the planning and execution of industry events and conferences
  • Assist in generating customer evidence, such as case studies and success stories
  • Support Hub Spot campaign automation, reporting, and marketing performance tracking
  • Analyze campaign performance and help optimize marketing initiatives based on results
Success Metrics
  • Qualified sales opportunities generated
  • Marketing campaign performance and lead generation
  • Sales pipeline growth
  • CRM data quality and reporting accuracy
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, or a related field
  • Experience working with a CRM platform such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Strong written communication and content development skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interest in SaaS, B2B marketing, and revenue growth
Preferred Experience
  • SaaS or B2B software companies
  • Education technology or related industries
  • Digital marketing campaign execution
  • Sales development or business development support
