Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified, dependable, honest, reliable Administrative Assistant to support those caring for the needs of our clients. An immediate opening requires someone who can provide administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to care staff and clients.
• Support those caring for client needs in a fast‑paced healthcare setting.
• Maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing
• 1 year of nursing experience required
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
