Endeavor Health in Northbrook, IL, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Family Medicine medical group. This full-time role (40 hours/week) covers Monday–Friday, 7:30am–6pm with rotating weekends and travel to other sites as needed.
You will provide nursing care under supervision, perform phone triage, manage test results and medication refills, and document in Epic. Requirements include IL RN licensure, NLN-accredited nursing program, BLS/CPR, and at least 1 year of office or hospital experience.
