The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience in every Lens Crafters visit. The role helps establish Lens Crafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in the community.

• Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to help customers choose the best vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Actively participate in maintaining a positive store environment and foster professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff.
• Ensure the appearance of the store and keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers and calculators with basic phone and math skills
• Willingness to embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to sell using sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to multi-task and adapt in quickly changing environments

Pay Range: 16.83 - 23.55
