• Greet and engage customers, answer product questions, and drive sales through personalized service.
• Operate point-of-sale systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Receive, unpack, and merchandise inventory; assist with stockroom organization and replenishment.
• Support promotional activities, markdowns, and outlet-specific initiatives as directed.

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced store environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move merchandise, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience; attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
