YOU WILL BE:Under direction from the Cosmetics Selling Manager, the Beauty Advisor will provide outstanding customer service, build individual and vendor line sales volumes, establish and maintain customer relationships, and work effectively with team members. The role requires adherence to company standards and procedures, participation in in‑house training programs, facilitation of pre‑booked facial consultation events, and maintaining a properly merchandised counter while closing retail sales.
The advisor will use Neiman Marcus’s clienteling system to drive business and achieve personal success.

- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improving sales through technology and wardrobe consulting.
- Showcase products differently for remote or in‑person clients.
- Utilize selling tools and digital store technology, including omni‑channel and fleetwide inventory.

- Strategize own business to increase productivity through wardrobe editing, outreach, and technology use.
- Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.

- Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
- Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
- Commission sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary range: $15.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on market, experience, and qualifications. Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher‑cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined by work location, experience, and job‑related factors.
