Merchandising Operations Associate

Salary

$17.90 - $22.39
* per hour. Factors such as market, experience and qualifications may affect starting pay.

• Assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment and merchandise handling functions, including maintaining merchandise organization.
• Complete daily store operations and support leaders and managers.
• Handle merchandise transfers and processing of inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfill, pack and ship online and store customer orders.
• Place merchandise to ensure standards are followed.
• Change merchandise prices, reticket, sign and reposition products when marked.
• Perform reticketing, damage assessment, stock-out marking and related inventory control processes.
• Back‑stock and maintain organization within the stockroom.
• Merchandise product and set sale events and signage, ensuring standards are met.
• Support setup and take‑down of in‑store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all other work areas.

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Demonstrated flexibility with competing tasks and a win‑together mentality.
• Basic proficiency with the MS Office Product Suite.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
