We are looking for a natural leader who can manage store operations, staff, and customer relations. The assistant manager will support the store manager and be responsible for all aspects of day‑to‑day operations, including cost control, inventory, cash management, and team development.
Key Responsibilities- You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
- You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
- Staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, perfect image adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance, punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
- Work to a schedule and maintain store appearance and brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations.
Many team members start as delivery drivers and become franchise owners, general managers, or managers of corporate operations. This role provides a pathway for growth.

Qualifications- General job duties for all store team members: operate all equipment; stock ingredients in delivery area, storage, work area, walk-in cooler; prepare product; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete paperwork; clean equipment and facility daily; basic orientation and training provided on the job; communicate effectively verbally and written; calculate and manage money accurately; use manual and computer tools.
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately; make correct monetary change.
- Motor coordination to quickly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions while removing trash and performing outside tasks.
- In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas.
- Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts.
- Requires visual, auditory, and manual dexterity for tasks such as handling hot and cold surfaces and using touch screens.
- Standing for most tasks; walking for short distances.
- Paperwork normally done at a desk or table.
- Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs, cases up to 1.5 ft; stacking onto shelves up to 72 ft.
- Carrying: large cans, pizza sauce, trays of dough, etc.
- Pushing and pulling trays on dollies.
- Climbing stairs or ladder infrequently.
Job Duties
- Deliver product by car to customer.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Requires valid driver’s license, safe driving record, insured vehicle or access to company vehicle.
- Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
- Handle adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
- Drive, walk, and climb during deliveries.
- Far vision and night vision for driving.
