Assistant Manager

Job Summary

As an Assistant Manager, you are part of the leadership team, driving profitability through customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. You provide coaching and feedback to the sales team, collaborate with leadership to adapt business strategies, and support operational performance as needed.

• Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to directly impact business results while maximizing profitability.
• Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling, etc.) and manage store operations, systems, and technology.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and development of associates.
• Partner to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team consistently exceeds goals and delivers best‑in‑class customer service.
• Lead fit sessions that enhance product knowledge and customer connection.
• Develop innovative community engagement events to build loyalty.
• Step into various roles on the sales floor when needed.

• 1‑2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passionate support for the brand, customers, and teams.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, courtesy, and problem‑solving skills.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18kg).

Hourly Range: $19.50 – $24.35. Base salary considers internal equity and may vary by region and experience.

• Part‑time:

• Full‑time:
