OverviewAt PGA TOUR Superstore, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self‑motivated, flexible individual to serve as a Club Services Associate. In this role you will handle all club services—re‑gripping, re‑shaping, loft and lie adjustments—while also supporting front‑end operations such as returns, exchanges, gifts and promotions.
Key Responsibilities- Engage every customer with world‑class service, building lasting relationships.
- Execute all club services, including re‑gripping, re‑shaping, loft & lie adjustments.
- Handle front‑end tasks such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions and coupons.
- Maintain a premier stock and visual presentation of front‑end and services merchandise.
- Keep all club services and front‑end areas, equipment and supplies well‑maintained and operational.
- Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance across departments.
- Maintain a clean, professional presentation of the club services desk and surrounding area.
- Communicate repair options, costs and timelines clearly to customers.
- Assess and diagnose club issues, including shafts, grips and heads, to determine necessary repairs.
- Document repair orders, track work progress and maintain accurate records via the Golf & Tennis Services App.
- Stay current on merchandising promotions and marketing events to support a strong merchandising presence.
- Champion products and services, informing, educating and promoting offerings to customers.
- Provide consistent feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on operational and merchandising opportunities.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills, and good verbal and written communication.
- Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to organize multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years in retail materials handling, club repair, or similar experience (preferred).
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, move throughout the store and lift a 30‑lb box overhead.
Must maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Business AcumenAbility to quickly learn business practices with appropriate training.
