J. Blanton Plumbing is experiencing rapid growth and is actively expanding our Sewer Sales Division
. As part of this expansion, we are looking to connect with high-performing HVAC Comfort Consultants, Advisors, and In-Home Sales Professionals who are ready to leverage their skills in a more stable, year-round, high-ticket sales environment
.

- Approximately 50% of our current sewer sales team transitioned from HVAC sales and are thriving
- A proven transition and training program that converts HVAC consultants into sewer sales professionals in 4–5 weeks
- Strong brand reputation with excellent customer reviews and high close rates
- $2,500 sign-on bonus after 30 days
, contingent on onboarding performance and fit
- Conduct in-home, consultative sales appointments with homeowners
- Assess customer needs and recommend high-ticket sewer solutions
- Present clear options and guide customers through confident buying decisions
- Own the sales process from initial consultation through close
- Build trust, rapport, and long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth job execution

- 2+ years of HVAC or in-home residential sales
- Proven success in consultative, face-to-face sales environments
- Experience presenting options (good / better / best)
- Strong communication, professionalism, and closing ability
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer homes
- No prior sewer sales experience required,
