As our Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and executing effective sales strategies. Success in this role means exceeding sales targets across multiple channels, including:

• Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales
• Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales
• Facebook Advertising
• Customer Renewals
• Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns
• Local Service Ads (LSA)
• Direct Mail Campaigns

Your leadership will be key in creating a strong, results-driven sales culture while identifying new growth opportunities.

• Leadership & Team Development – Inspire, coach, and grow a team of top-performing sales professionals.
• Sales Training & Strategy – Equip your team with the skills and strategies they need to succeed in D2D and B2B sales.
• Market Analysis & Strategic Planning – Identify trends, optimize sales efforts, and implement strategies to drive revenue.
• Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high renewal rates and outstanding service.
• Talent Recruitment & Performance Management – Identify top sales talent, set clear goals, and provide continuous feedback to drive success.
