Responsibilities- Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement strategies to drive results.
- Develop and execute sales plans, promotions, and client outreach initiatives.
- Analyze KPIs and sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Team Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Operations & Compliance
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Buying, Repairs & Service Coordination
- Oversee gold, silver, and estate buying from the public, ensuring fair pricing and strong margins.
- Work closely with jewelers to manage repair intake, timelines, and quality control.
- Communicate clearly with clients about repair expectations and completion.
- 3–7+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Previous leadership experience in a small business or boutique environment strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals (GIA certification a plus).
- Experience with custom jewelry, repairs, or buying from the public is highly desirable.
$90,000 – $125,000 per year.
