Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer; recommend merchandise selections or help locate merchandise based on customer needs.;
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintain pricing and visual standards.;
Maintain standards in merchandise handling, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management.;
Participate in visual directives including monthly store sets and sales floor maintenance.;
Promote MAPS principles and standards to deliver an omni-channel customer experience; ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns; ensure efficient register experience; sign up clients for rewards; build client following through clienteling and wardrobing.
