Requirements- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable recommending solutions to homeowners
- Motivated to learn a new trade and develop sales skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Leverage your existing in-home service experience or sales experience
- Transition into a high-ticket consultative sales role
- Paid training on plumbing systems and our sales process
