Onward Technologies, Inc. is looking for an experienced Account Executive (AE) with 5+ years of B2B sales experience to drive new business and expand our managed IT and cybersecurity services. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the sales cycle: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities.
• Consultative selling: Understand client challenges and position our IT & cybersecurity solutions effectively.
• Pipeline management: Maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Meet and exceed quotas: Consistently hit revenue and activity targets.
• Collaborate with marketing & SDRs: Leverage inbound and outbound efforts to drive success.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, in IT, cybersecurity, or technology services.
• Proven ability to close mid-market deals and navigate complex sales cycles.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
