The main tasks
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems
- Guide customers to informed decisions by providing excellent service
Key responsibilities
- Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, and team members
- Keep your truck clean and stocked
- Complete paperwork accurately
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Maintain a professional appearance and a clean driving record
- Engage in ongoing training and certification (assistance provided)

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Mechanical skills and proficiency with tools
- Polite, respectful, and customer-focused attitude
- Resourcefulness and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Apprenticeship or experience preferred; top technicians can earn over $100,000 annually in under 3 years
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours:
At least 40 per week
Schedule:
8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with overtime
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
License/Certification: EPA Universal Certification preferred
Relocation:
Must relocate to Northbrook, IL before starting
