Why we need you

We need a top-tier HVAC technician who genuinely cares about customers and is seeking a career, not just a job.

The main tasks

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems
• Guide customers to informed decisions by providing excellent service

Key responsibilities

• Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, and team members
• Keep your truck clean and stocked
• Complete paperwork accurately
• Participate in on-call rotation
• Maintain a professional appearance and a clean driving record
• Engage in ongoing training and certification (assistance provided)

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Mechanical skills and proficiency with tools
• Polite, respectful, and customer-focused attitude
• Resourcefulness and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Apprenticeship or experience preferred; top technicians can earn over $100,000 annually in under 3 years

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours:
At least 40 per week

Schedule:

8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with overtime

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required

License/Certification: EPA Universal Certification preferred

Relocation:
Must relocate to Northbrook, IL before starting
