Role Overview

We are looking for a dependable Commercial Drain Technician to join our team. This role focuses on servicing multi-family and commercial properties by diagnosing and resolving sewer and drain issues using camera inspections, rodding, and hydro jetting. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience working in commercial or multi-unit environments and is comfortable identifying problems and helping recommend the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform drain cleaning services including rodding and hydro jetting in commercial and multi-family properties
  • Conduct sewer camera inspections to diagnose blockages, damage, and system issues
  • Identify problems such as root intrusion, grease buildup, pipe damage, or misalignments
  • Clearly communicate findings to internal teams and customers
  • Recommend appropriate next steps such as cleaning, repairs, or lining
  • Maintain and operate drain and inspection equipment safely
  • Follow all company safety procedures and job protocols
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial or multi-family sewer and drain work
  • Experience with sewer camera inspections, rodding, and hydro jetting
  • Basic understanding of commercial plumbing and drain systems
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Good communication and customer service abilities
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift equipment and work in tight or confined spaces
Skills & Qualifications
  • Comfortable using inspection cameras, tablets, and service software
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Ability to explain issues and solutions in a clear, professional way
