Floor Installer - Hard Surfaces; Luxury Vinyl, Laminate

• Install luxury vinyl plank/tile (LVP/LVT), laminate, etc.
• Install floating and glue‑down floor systems to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform subfloor prep including leveling, patching, moisture mitigation, and underlayment installation.
• Complete layout, cuts, transitions, and trim work (reducers, T‑molds, stair noses, base/shoe) with precision.
• Handle demo and removal of existing flooring as needed.
• Daily and final cleanup of the job site to company standards.
• Keep tools organized and maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure safe, organized, and efficient work practices at all times.
• Ensure high quality company standards are met every time.
• Job requires travel throughout the week.

• You must review and understand the scope of work before arriving on site.
• Have knowledge of units of measurement and be able to complete needed math calculations.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner to ensure high satisfaction.
• Experience with residential and commercial projects is preferred.

• 5 years in professional flooring installation.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean, reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Must be able to perform repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking and lifting.
• Own all necessary trade tools and equipment for flooring installation.
• Must have own insurance (general liability, workers’ comp, and auto) for all jobs.
• All installers and helpers must pass a criminal background check.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
