• Coach team members on proper installation techniques, troubleshooting procedures, and customer service best practices.

• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence within the team.

• Conduct regular team meetings to review project updates, technical advancements, and safety procedures.

Technical Oversight & Quality Control

• Ensure all lift installations meet manufacturer specifications, company protocols, and industry safety standards.

• Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
Customer & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear communication, education, and post-installation support.

• Work closely with contractors, permitting offices, and internal teams to align project expectations and execution.

• Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including documentation of work performed, materials used, and customer interactions.

• Receive and inspect incoming inventory including lifts, rails, parts, and tools.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

• Stay up to date with regulations, local permitting requirements, and industry standards.
