Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment in accordance with established manuals and procedures;
Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs on flavoring machinery including dry blend, spraying, reactors, extractors, and compounding machines;
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on equipment up to 480 volts;
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics;
Maintain an organized maintenance shop and inventory of tools and supplies
