Service Technician With Plumbing Experience

We are looking for a skilled and professional Service Technician with plumbing experience to join our team. In this role, you'll handle a variety of plumbing services while focusing on diagnosing issues and selling effective solutions to homeowners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Early career plumbers and residential service technicians are encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform routine plumbing maintenance and inspections in residential properties
- Check, service, and maintain water heaters.
- Assist with sewer maintenance, including sewer camera inspections. (where required).
- Identify plumbing issues early and recommend appropriate solutions or upgrades.
- Educate homeowners on maintenance needs and service options.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
- Support basic sales activities by identifying service and repair opportunities
