This individual will be responsible for performing both preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities to ensure smooth operations of production equipment. Pay, Schedule, and Location- Starting at $28-$36 per hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Monday – Friday, with weekend and overtime availability as needed
- Third Shift (8:30 PM – 5:00 AM), Second Shift (12:30 PM – 9:00 PM), First Shift (4:30 AM – 1:00 PM)
- Located in Northbrook, Illinois
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety protocols
- Support production teams by minimizing downtime through efficient problem-solving
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and efficiency
- Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands‑on repair skills
- Solid electrical knowledge, including troubleshooting and repair
- PLC experience preferred; candidates with PLC exposure may be considered for Controls Technician opportunities
- Ability to work assigned shifts, with flexibility for weekends and overtime
