Painter
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and coatings to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet project specifications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the aesthetic and protective qualities of our clients' properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure proper adhesion of paint and coatings
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, sprayers, or other tools
- Follow project specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards
- Mix paints and other materials to achieve desired colors and textures
- Inspect completed work for quality, consistency, and smoothness
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report any repairs needed
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet deadlines and expectations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a painter in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
- Knowledge of surface preparation, paint application techniques, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Good physical stamina and dexterity to work in various environments and conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Related experience (required)
- Ability to safely use both hand tools and power tools
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
