We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and coatings to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet project specifications. • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure proper adhesion of paint and coatings
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, sprayers, or other tools
• Follow project specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Mix paints and other materials to achieve desired colors and textures
• Inspect completed work for quality, consistency, and smoothness
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and report any repairs needed
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet deadlines and expectations

• Proven experience as a painter in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
• Knowledge of surface preparation, paint application techniques, and safety procedures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Good physical stamina and dexterity to work in various environments and conditions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Related experience (required)
• Ability to safely use both hand tools and power tools
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
