Crew Leader, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Yellowstone Landscape is hiring a Crew Leader for our commercial landscape construction team. Lead a field crew installing hardscapes, plantings, irrigation, and site amenities for HOAs, resorts, and commercial properties. Coordinate daily tasks, allocate labor and equipment, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule standards. Train and mentor crew members in proper construction and horticultural techniques while maintaining a clean, organized job site.

Work closely with supervisors and clients to resolve issues, read plans, and track materials. Enjoy a safety-first, team-focused environment with clear paths for advancement and ongoing hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape construction crew on commercial job sites
• Plan and allocate daily labor, tools, and equipment to meet project goals
• Install hardscapes, plantings, irrigation, and site amenities to spec
• Read and interpret site plans and instructions from supervisors
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Train and mentor crew members in construction and horticultural techniques
• Monitor quality and productivity, adjusting work plans as needed
• Communicate with supervisors and clients to resolve on-site issues
• Track materials and report progress and site conditions daily
• Support continuous improvement and uphold company standards and culture
