Weekend Janitor

National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Janitor for a 9-story apartment building with a three-level parking garage located in Northbrook, IL 60062.

• Cleaning and general maintenance of common areas: the atrium, lobby, leasing office, media room, computer room, golf simulator room, conference room, fitness room, coffee bar, community room, elevators, elevator lobby’s, stairwells, restrooms and two outdoor areas, one with a pool and the other with a putting green.
• Collecting of the trash from the trash closets on each floor, trash of the parking garage along with cleaning up of a dog park.
• Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.

Saturday & Sunday 6:00AM to 2:30PM

$17.00/hr bi-weekly Pay.

• Must have two valid forms of IDs.
• Be bilingual (Speak English and Spanish).
• Commercial and/or Residential cleaning experience.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Be able to start working as soon as possible.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to work.
