JOB SUMMARY:

A Program Aide, under general supervision, aids program facilitators, performing a variety of tasks relating to the physical and instructional needs of participants in a recreational setting; assists in the implementation of instructional programs, including self-help and behavior management as well as instruction. The Program Aide performs related duties as required or assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage participants in activities and promote independence and dignity throughout each session.
• Help set up area and clean up
• Be respectful and follow Jewish culture and guidelines
• Adhere to Keshet policies and procedures outlined in the policy manual, Employee Handbook, and other employee policies.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
