Full-Time School Social Worker Opening – Northbrook, IL

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified School Social Worker for a full-time leave coverage assignment in a K8 district. This onsite position will provide direct and indirect social work services to students across three schools.

• Provide counseling and support services to students K8

• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans

• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on behavioral and social-emotional goals

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements

• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)

• Licensed School Social Worker (SSW)

• Previous school-based experience preferred

• Ability to work onsite full-time
