Fulfillment Specialist

We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, stays organized, and takes pride in making sure products are packed and shipped accurately and efficiently.

The Fulfillment Associate will support day‑to‑day warehouse operations including receiving inventory, preparing shipments, organizing products, and assisting with inventory management.

• Receive and check in inventory from UPS, Fed Ex, and trucking companies
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Pack customer orders and prepare shipments for distribution
• Strap and secure large items to pallets for freight shipments
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory levels and storage areas
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking
• Use basic computer skills for email communication and spreadsheet updates
• Climb a six‑foot ladder to stock and retrieve inventory safely

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move boxes and materials throughout the day
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and spreadsheets
• Dependable with strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
