Tracks incoming, outgoing, and stored goods. Core duties include reconciling physical stock with digital records, preventing supply shortages, processing shipments, and managing inventory management software.

• Cycle Counting:
  Conduct routine physical counts of products and perform daily or weekly audits.
• Discrepancy Resolution:
  Reconcile differences between physical counts and system records to prevent shrinkage and losses.
• Shipping & Receiving:
  Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, log items into databases, and package, label, and ship finished goods.
• Stock Management:
  Organize storage spaces, manage stock rotation (e.g., first-in, first-out) to ensure product freshness and accessibility; order and manage purchased input material, disposition of legacy material.
• Replenishment:
  Monitor inventory levels and place restock orders as needed.
• Reporting:
  Compile data on turnover rates, stock levels, and obsolete inventory for management.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED; associate's degree in logistics or supply chain management preferred.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in word processing, database systems, spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel); experience with modern ERP systems and RF scanners is highly valued.
• Physical Stamina:
  Stand for long periods, bend, and lift heavy merchandise or equipment (up to 30 lbs).

  Strong attention to detail and time-management skills to ensure records stay accurate.
