APM Terminals is looking for a Customer Service Rep for their Northlake facility. In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service, monitoring customer inquiries, and tracking shipments.
The position offers a direct hire opportunity with full benefits, including medical, dental, and retirement plans. You will work a schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. The anticipated pay range is between $21.00 and $22.00 per hour.
