As a Summer 2027
Field Human Resources Intern
, you will have the opportunity to gain diverse, hands‑on experience within our Field HR team. Throughout the programme, you will receive training to support your development, take the lead on impactful projects, and build connections with senior leaders across the organisation. During your internship, you will partner with one of our Human Resources leaders and work closely with business unit groups within our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) or Supply Chain functions, giving you meaningful exposure to HR practices that drive business success.
Schedule:
- The KDP 2027 Summer Internship Programme will run from June 7 – August 13, 2027
- Full‑time; 40 hours per week
- Monday‑Friday
- 8:00am until 5:00pm
- In‑Person
- Gain a better understanding of our business and the human resources function
- Learn more about our people and our culture
- Be exposed to a variety of HR and Business Leaders
- Contribute value to a global organisation
- Demonstrate and grow your HR capabilities
- Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment
- Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organisation leaders
- Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
- Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network
- Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice‑president and other KDP stakeholders
- $1,900/weekly
- Paid bi‑weekly
- $3,500 Sign‑on Bonus, paid within
30 days of employment
- Enrolled in a Master's program focusing on Human Resources disciplines (e.g., industrial & labour relations, industrial & organisational psychology, organisational behaviour)
- Available to work 40 hours per week (M‑F, 8am‑5pm)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise requests, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
- Ability to work cross‑functionally, be independently driven, and a self‑starter
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
