Data Center Technician

Our client is seeking a Data Center Technician to join their team. As a Data Center Technician, you will be part of the Data Operations Department supporting the Data Center team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Monitor system performance and identify equipment failures or errors
• Respond to program error messages by troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Assist in testing and debugging new software programs
• Operate software tools to load, manipulate data, and generate reports
• Coordinate physical inventory tracking, staging, and data center compliance activities

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, supply chain, or IT environment
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Previous experience working in a data center environment
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
