Our client is seeking a Data Center Technician to join their team. As a Data Center Technician, you will be part of the Data Operations Department supporting the Data Center team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
What’s the Job?- Monitor system performance and identify equipment failures or errors
- Respond to program error messages by troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Assist in testing and debugging new software programs
- Operate software tools to load, manipulate data, and generate reports
- Coordinate physical inventory tracking, staging, and data center compliance activities
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse, supply chain, or IT environment
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Previous experience working in a data center environment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment
- Hands-on experience with data center operations and inventory management
- Potential for extension of the assignment based on performance
- Engagement with a professional team dedicated to excellence
- Use of supplier-provided Windows 11 laptops and PPE to ensure safety and productivity
