The PositionAt EPG, we develop and implement industry‑leading Warehouse Management Solutions used by some of the world's most recognized companies. As a Senior Logistics Consultant, you play a key role in transforming warehouse operations by guiding customers through the entire implementation lifecycle—from process analysis and solution design to go‑live and continuous optimization.
You work closely with operational stakeholders, project teams, and decision‑makers to ensure that our software delivers measurable value and sustainable improvements in complex logistics environments.
The Tasks- Lead and manage the end‑to‑end project lifecycle for enterprise‑grade logistics software, WMS.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, monitor progress, track KPIs, and provide regular status updates.
- Identify project risks and implement migration strategies while ensuring technical requirements are met and manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost.
- Facilitate customer workshops, process reviews, and solution design sessions.
- Create and demonstrate complex logistics concepts and practical logistics solutions.
- Conduct post‑project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Advise customers on products and services related to our EPG Software Suite.
- Degree in Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the logistics, supply chain, or software development sectors.
- Solid understanding of enterprise‑grade logistics software, WMS, and voice‑picking technologies.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with stakeholders at various levels.
- Willingness to travel and work closely with customers on‑site when required.
- Fluency in English.
