Position:
Quality Assurance Technician (Full Time, 2nd Shift; 2:00pm–10:30pm, Monday–Friday). The QA Technician supports the Production team by driving initiatives to improve plant performance, conducting audits, testing, monitoring processes, and ensuring product quality and safety.

• Perform audits and tests from incoming raw material to finished product to ensure product wholesomeness.
• Provide technical support with emphasis on consumer requirements, continuous product quality, and productivity standards.
• Monitor product processing, consistency, and packaging integrity through analytical testing, sensory evaluation, ingredient sampling, and documentation verification.
• Take action on quality noncompliance and record results in the Quality Computer System.
• Maintain laboratory inventory of tools, supplies, chemicals, and ensure calibration of measurement equipment.

• Experience following instructions/process documents and effective verbal and written communication.
• Background in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing a plus.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

• Competitive compensation ($22.71–$23.79/hr) plus $1.00 night‑shift differential.
