Electrical Assembly​/Mechanical​/General Labor Associate

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLY / MECHANICAL / GENERAL LABOR ASSOCIATE IN NORTHLAKE, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Electrical Assembly / Mechanical / General Labor associate to join our team in Northlake, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for supporting electrical and mechanical assembly operations, performing general production tasks, and assisting with manufacturing processes in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work with hand tools, follow instructions, and support daily production goals.

• Starting at $17/hour

• 1st and 2nd shift schedule
• Located in Northlake, IL

• Perform electrical and mechanical assembly tasks according to specifications
• Assemble components, parts, and finished products accurately
• Utilize hand tools and basic production equipment safely
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Support general labor and production operations as assigned
• Maintain organized workstations and production areas
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and company policies
• Assist with packaging, material handling, and other production tasks as needed

• Previous assembly, mechanical, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn required
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and transportation required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
