Production Associate

Employee Type: Full‑time.
Location: TX – Northlake.
Job Type: Production Packaging.

Full‑time permanent production associate on 1st Shift, 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday–Friday. Pay $18.93/hr – $20.01/hr.

• Inspect product and notify quality issues to operator or supervisor
• Tape, label, adjust, and palletize cases
• Manage coffee bean dumping
• Perform trash pick‑up and dumping
• Pack product on various types of equipment

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
• Ability to work overtime and weekends
