Electrical Assembler

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Assembler to join our team in Northlake, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for assembling electronic and mechanical components, following detailed work instructions, and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to read and follow assembly instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Starting at $19.13/hour, paid weekly

• Full-time schedule available
• Located in Northlake, IL

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, and production documents
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Use hand tools and small power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain accurate production records as required
• Report quality concerns or production issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist with additional production and assembly tasks as assigned

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions and assembly diagrams
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and transportation required
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment

Salary range based on experience.
