Position Details
Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice (Northlake, Illinois)
Schedule & Employment- 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts
- Ongoing employment, staff
Collaborate with the hospice team to manage and deliver patient care plans in a team‑based environment.
Support patients in Elmhurst, IL and surrounding areas, ensuring critical deadlines for charting are met and effectively self‑managing time and schedule.
Qualifications- Valid RN license in the state of employment
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum of two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred
- Current driver’s license and ability to travel approximately 20% of the day to patient locations
- Proficiency with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
- Proficient in Russian or Spanish is a plus
- Up to 24 paid holidays and personal days in year one

Eligible for a $10,000 first‑year success bonus that rewards key achievements during the first year. Compensation includes salary, bonus potential, and optional productivity bonuses. The low end of the range includes salary and first‑year success bonus; the high end incorporates productivity bonuses and additional shift work paid at a premium.
